Over de functie

Medical Select is looking for a PRODUCT SPECIALIST (FR/NL) to join an international organization in the healthcare industry. 

You will have an important role in the sales process of a new product of daily bathing and personal hygiene. A product important in the care recipients who need assistance with bathing due to their health condition. 

Your tasks: 

  • responsibility for product testing, for proper implementation (including planning, testing and evaluation) of the product (called Swash concept) and for after-sales activities;
  • you are the direct contact with the “customers”. Who mostly are nursing homes and hospitals;
  • inspirational presentation of our Swash concept – a nurse will know how;
  • acting as Swash representative at trade-fairs and conferences;
  • responsibility for accurate and timely reporting;
  • close collaboration with the Account Manager & Internal Sales department;
  • responsibility for increasing the sale of products to our customers by assisting the Account manager.
  • customer retention; you will be the eyes and ears of the company at a customer level to optimize the use of the product portfolio;
  • Reporting to Sales Manager Benelux.

Functie eisen

  • fluently in Dutch and French is essential;
  • a basic spoken proficiency in English is required (level B1);
  • nursing degree (Bachelor level – A1);
  • Practical experience with bedridden patients;
  • key values: Socially Responsible, Market-driven, Innovative, Leading, Energetic (SMILE);
  • The skill and ambition to become part of a professional sales team;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • An ability to communicate at all levels, based on a high degree of professionalism;
  • Participation in internal sales weeks (twice a year).
