technician?
Express Medical is able to offer you a whole range of temporary
assignments. These assignments can range from a few hours' work to several
months. The choice of when you work is entirely up to you.
How temporary employment works:
- Express Medical is your employer (we give you your weekly contract and pay your salary). But in actual fact you will be working in a hospital, pharmacy, nursing home to company that is a client of Express Medical.
- After registering with one of our offices (to create your personal file and for an interview), we will offer you working assignments that match your wishes, skills and availability.
- You enjoy the same conditions and benefits as the permanent staff at the institution where you end up working (scales of pay, long service benefits, meal vouchers, etc.).
The benefits of temporary employment:
- You choose when and how much you want to work. Each week/month, you inform Express Medical of your availability and we then set up your working timetable.
- You have the opportunity to expand your working experience and see your temporary assignment end up in a permanent job.
- You are paid by the week or month.
