A permanent job via Express Medical: three possibilities
As a company that specialises in selection and recruitment, Express Medical
handles the recruitment of job-applicants for its institutional and

Depending on the agreement in place between Express Medical and its client,
there are three possibilities available:
- After successfully going through the recruitment procedure, you sign a contract directly with the company hiring you.
- You start by working for a few months as a temporary worker (usually 4 months) and then sign a permanent contract (we call this a temporary worker with an option to become permanent).
- You are hired by Express Medical to work on detachment with our clients.
