The way temporary staff works
- We work together to determine the profile of the ideal job-applicant and the length of the assignment (ranging from a few hours to several months)
- Express Medical then handles the recruitment process (via our databases, our website, our contacts with schools and universities, etc.)
- The job-applicant selected will work on your premises on the pay scale used in your institution/company, but Express Medical remains the person's official employer (we handle all of the administrative procedures, payroll and other formalities)
- Express Medical then invoices you for the hours actually worked.
In-house formula
We call it an "in-house formula" when an Express Medical consultant manages all of your replacement staffing from your premises.
