The way temporary staff works

• We work together to determine the profile of the ideal job-applicant and the length of the assignment (ranging from a few hours to several months)
• Express Medical then handles the recruitment process (via our databases, our website, our contacts with schools and universities, etc.)
• The job-applicant selected will work on your premises on the pay scale used in your institution/company, but Express Medical remains the person's official employer (we handle all of the administrative procedures, payroll and other formalities)
• Express Medical then invoices you for the hours actually worked.
