Projectsourcing
Some ad hoc projects require specific knowledge and expertise that you may not necessarily have in-house. The simple solution to this problem is called projectsourcing or detachment: we assign you with an employee who has the required experience for the period of your project. We would also recommend this formula to you if you have to replacement someone for more than 3 months, or if you are unable to hire the people you need permanently for budget-related reasons.
