Code of conduct

As a member of Federgon (the federation of employment partners - www.federgon.be), we undertake to abide by the following code of conduct:

In relation to job-applicants

  • We undertake to welcome, treat with respect and professionally guide all of the job-applicants who come to us, without any form of discrimination.
  • We do not ask our job-applicants for any contribution, financial or otherwise, in return for our services.
  • We give all of our candidates accurate, comprehensive and objective information about employment regulations and assignments that we offer to them in such a way that they are aware of their rights and obligations and are able to make informed judgments.
  • Job-applicants are entirely at liberty to refuse an assignment without such a refusal being in any way prejudicial to them.
  • We undertake to implement a safety policy and to pay very special attention to the safety and wellbeing of our temporary workers in the context of the jobs they carry out.

In relation to our clients

  • In all of our contacts with our clients, we will conduct ourselves as a partner whose aim it is to provide a high-quality service. We will make every effort, in consultation with our clients, to respond quickly and efficiently to their staff needs, without in any way harming the interests of permanent staff already in place.
  • When selecting candidates for assignments, we will take account of their education and training, their qualifications and their professional past, as well as any references they may have and their attitude in relation to the job at hand, in such a way as to ensure that their profile corresponds to what has been requested and that they are capable of adjusting to the corporate culture.
  • We require of our staff that they in no way make improper use of any confidential information that they may gain knowledge of as the result of the relationship between our company and our clients.
